Yes. Each lead is delivered exclusively to the purchasing agency. We do not distribute the same lead to multiple AgentATM customers.

What makes a lead qualified?

A qualified lead is an insurance professional who meets the targeting and screening requirements confirmed during onboarding.

Qualification may include:

  • Insurance licensing status

  • Requested state or territory

  • Relevant insurance experience

  • Interest in discussing your opportunity

  • Completed screening information

  • Valid contact information

How are leads delivered?

Every lead is delivered in real time through:

  • Email

  • Your included CRM

This allows your interviewer to respond while the candidate’s interest is fresh and keeps recruiting activity organized.

Is a CRM included?

Yes. CRM access is included with your package.

Your CRM helps organize leads, document contact attempts, schedule follow-up, track interviews, and monitor recruiting activity. Access and onboarding instructions are provided after purchase.

Are interviews or hires guaranteed?

No. AgentATM provides qualified recruiting opportunities—not guaranteed interviews, hires, producers, sales, or commissions.

Results depend on your opportunity, compensation, response time, interview process, follow-up, onboarding, training, leadership, and the candidate’s decision.

What happens if I receive an invalid lead?

Contact AgentATM if a lead:

  • Contains invalid contact information

  • Has an inactive or unverifiable license

  • Is duplicated

  • Does not meet the qualification requirements established during onboarding

We will review the lead and provide an appropriate replacement when the issue is verified.

How quickly should I contact each lead?

Immediately whenever possible.

Because leads are delivered by text, email, and CRM in real time, your interviewer can respond while the candidate’s interest is still fresh. Consistent follow-up over multiple days is strongly recommended.

Why approximately 15 leads per week?

Based on our recruiting experience, 15 weekly leads per interviewer provides a strong balance between opportunity and proper follow-up.

Sending too many leads at once can overwhelm an interviewer and allow strong candidates to become stale.

When does delivery begin?

After checkout, AgentATM will contact you to complete onboarding and confirm:

  • Recruiting goals

  • Number of interviewers

  • Target states or territories

  • Qualification requirements

  • CRM access

  • Delivery schedule

Lead delivery begins after onboarding and campaign setup are complete.

Can I purchase leads for multiple interviewers?

Yes. Each interviewer can receive approximately 15 leads per week.

Can I pause delivery?

Longer packages may qualify for scheduled delivery pauses.
