What do current AgentATM plans deliver?
All listed recruiting plans deliver recruiting leads. A lead is a prospective agent for your agency to contact and evaluate; it is not a completed conversation, appointment or hire. What does my agency need to do?
Your agency is responsible for candidate follow-up, evaluation, licensing and suitability checks, and all hiring or contracting decisions.
Are hires guaranteed?
No. Recruiting outcomes depend on factors outside AgentATM's control, including your offer, market, response time, follow-up, candidate decisions, and carrier or regulatory requirements.
Are recruiting leads, conversations, appointments, and placements the same?
